Quick Support Guide
This guide provides a semi-automatic support workflow which is fast to use and has a high success rate. If you aren't comfortable manually supporting your models or find yourself short on time, we highly encourage using this method.
Steps
1. Rotate the model to prioritize important faces, reduce large cross sections and assist in support placement. See Model Orientation for more details.

2. Add heavy "Anchor Supports" to all major islands including the base, arms, capes, weapons.

3. Run Auto Supports with light supports, using a 2.5mm touch tip distance ("high" setting in Lychee).

4. Run Island Detection, and support all remaining islands.

5. Add light Reinforcement Supports to fill areas auto supports missed and to stabilize large items.

6. Add a 0.4mm-0.5mm thick raft.

Lychee Notes
Lychee does not allow you to run Auto Supports after manually placing supports. To use our Quick Support Guide with their slicer, modify the order as follows:
- Rotate the model.
- Run automatic supports using Light supports on the High density option.
- Add anchor supports.
- Run the “Island Detector” tool, and add supports to all remaining islands.
- Add reinforcement supports.
- Add raft.
