How to Safely Dispose Resin Waste

Solid Waste

Solid waste can be cured with UV light and then tossed in the trash. This includes things such as supports, paper towels and failed prints.

Liquid Waste

Liquid waste includes things such as resin-contaminated cleaning solutions (IPA, detergent or water). There are two primary ways to dispose of liquid waste:

1. Drop off at a Hazardous Waste facility.
2. Evaporate and cure with UV light. You must have a controlled outdoor space (no animals or people) where you can safely leave the liquid to evaporate. After letting the liquid evaporate, the remaining resin waste can then be cured with UV light and tossed in the trash.
