TitanCraft is a free web app that lets you create custom heroes, NPCs, monsters or whatever other characters you might need for your tabletop games! Custom characters can either be 3D printed at home or shipped to your door in high-quality resin.

Once you purchase a part in TitanCraft, it's yours to use and download forever, on as many characters as you like without ever being charged for that part again (i.e. Unlimited Downloads). Note: For complicated kitbashed characters we also include a one-time download option for $10, but this option does NOT unlock the assets for unlimited future downloads.

Each custom miniature is made to order, and because of this, there is some manufacturing time involved. Most orders typically ship 3-4 weeks after the initial order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For US orders, shipping time is typically 3-5 days. For international orders, shipping time varies.

Please note that it's possible your order might take longer during busy times of the year, such as sales or holidays, or if your miniature fails its QA check.

The price for each custom miniature starts at $15. For large miniatures such as oversized characters, monsters or mounted characters, additional cost is directly related to volume, ensuring your are always provided the fairest price possible.

Please note that when ordering multiple custom miniatures you must add them to your cart individually. The $15 starting price per miniature we have is required to help us cover the costs associated with producing a custom, 3D printed miniature.

An Asset Pack is a bundle of items at a discounted rate we offer for our digital customers who 3D print at home. When you purchase an asset pack or monster pack you unlock all the assets in that pack. After unlocking those assets, you can create and download as many characters as you'd like using those items for free!

Yes! We offer a merchant license that allows you to sell 3D prints of TitanCraft miniatures. For more information, please visit:

Kickstarter reward codes were emailed to backers (both Kickstarter and Pre-order).

If you have lost your reward code email, send us an email at [email protected] with your backer number and any other pledge information you have.

To link your Kickstarter reward code:

1. Create your account at titancraft.com
2. Under your TitanCraft account page, select 'Coupons'.
3. Click the 'Add Coupon' button and enter your 16 digit reward code.
4. Review the items unlocked to make sure everything looks correct and click 'Link to Account'.

Digital Kickstarter rewards including Asset Packs, Asset Pack Bundles and Merchant Licenses are automatically added to your account when you link your reward code.

The one exception to this is if you backed our 2020 Monsters Kickstarter and pledged for the BASIC STL BUNDLE or TPK STL BUNDLE. In those cases, you will need to

1. Open our Asset Packs store page: store link
2. Browse through the different Monster Pack options and click 'Add to Cart' on the monsters you wish to unlock with your reward coupons.
3. During checkout, click 'Add Coupon' and select your Monster Unlock STL coupon. Repeat this step if you have multiple Monster Packs in your cart.

To redeem your custom physical miniature Kickstarter reward:

1. Create your custom character using our Character Creator. (Don't forget to save!)
2. Click 'Add to Cart' and select the 'Resin Miniature' option.
3. During checkout, click 'Add Coupon' and select your 'Resin Mini' coupon. Repeat this step if you have multiple custom miniatures coupons you are redeeming.
   Note: if you are redeeming a custom monster miniature reward from our 2020 Kickstarter, you will select the 'Store Credit' option instead.
